IRS Lawyer Paula Clements

OUR INQUEST LAWYERS

Inquest Representation Service’s Lead Barrister, Paula Clements

Our inquest law lawyers are led by our principle inquest lawyer, Ms Paula Clements, a barrister of 35 years experience, practising at the Bar of England and Wales. She has advised and represented numerous people and organisations in various courts and tribunals over the years, and specialises in coronial and inquest law.

Ms Clements previously worked at the family bar.  During these years of experience she demonstrated a strong ability to assist families at a time of huge stress. This makes her well placed to empathise with bereaved families. Paula Clements moved into the area of inquest law several years ago and has acted in many inquests to date.

Ms Clements aims to give clear advice to help bereaved families navigate their way through the inquest process whilst recognising it is at a time of grief, emotion and distress.

Paula Clements will strive to achieve some sort of closure for families.

Her additional regulatory work representing healthcare professionals gives Ms Clements a strong knowledge base to call on in medical or care related deaths, whether representing healthcare professionals or bereaved families in the arena of inquest law.

Ms Clements also represents firms, other organisations,  including State bodies, at inquest hearings.

Ms Clements leads a team of inquest law lawyers who deal with inquest cases, held in England and Wales, of various descriptions, including”

  • road-traffic accidental deaths,
